When will my order ship?

It generally takes between 1-5 Business Days for your orders to be processed. 

And once we have shipped your package we will send you a tracking no.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

                           = approx. 1-5 days processing time + 1-2 days getting ready for shipping + actual shipping time       depending on shipping methods selection.

2-7 days processing to be shipped out + 10-60days shipping

 


How do I track my order?

Please refer to Shipment Tracking page on this website.

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here. 

If you don’t have an account

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way”.

You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. 

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch


 


How do I return my items?

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds


Received a Faulty Item?

We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name and Description of complaint
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Photos that show:
    • Product fault as clearly as possible
    • Full-length photo of the item
    • The Gymshark logo and label

Please include the above info to the following email address:

If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
