    ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

    Thanks for shopping at our website! 

    From buying a product to its satisfactory delivery to your billing address, estimated delivery time (as of July 26, 2020 at present) may vary between 25 and 45 days and it is approximate at best sometimes depending on your selected shipping method, and also weather and/or destination contingent to various environmental factors, according to AliExpress. 

    Shopping at Amazon delivery time are usually between     days.


    Once paid for an item that you purchase, within 1 to 5 working days while we will PROCESS ORDER you can check the processing time from product page. 

    Once Order has been processed and within another 1 to 2 days thereafter we are working on a picking, packing and registering its track number so that it will be shipped, and you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.

    We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Bank cards maybe slower than electronic wallet processing the funds.

    Once we have shipped your packages there are no cancellations allowable. Cancellation policy is to benefit one’s inevitable second thought but shouldn’t be at the expense and possible opportunity cost of preparing it ready for a shipment.  Once we have shipped and you order is on the way,  we will send you a tracking number by email.

    Some shipping methods are free however may take longer days of delivery without any tracking number service.  What’s called ePackets are a popular shipping method for its economical and safe results.

    Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    (1) Process Time: 2 to 7 working days

      • 1 to 5 working days  placing an order that entails
      • 1 to 2 working days acquiring correct item and its tracking number and order dispatched for shipping.
      • 1 to 2 working days for tracking to be updated after dispatch.

    Once shipped and we have sent you a shipping confirmation email  “Your Order is On Its Way” message … with its tracking number,  you will then be able to track order through the tracking link on the email.

    (2) Plus Shipping Time:  approx. 15 to 35 working days  or 5 to 10 days  every stage.

    Standard shipping is labelled as such but in reality could be sooner or sometimes considerably at later date  depending on the actual situations of the shipping and delivery despite logistics effort for a faster service,

    For Items Under Buyer Protection Money Back Guarantee:

    We DEARJOOKWAK  promise your money back if the items you received is not as described (please refer to specific criteria CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS below), or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. 

    • In which case we accept return?
    • How long after the sale can you return the product?
    • Whether you should pay for the return shipping fee?
    • Overall return process status?
    • Do we accept mistake orders?

    And finally within approx.  15 days You can get a refund only after the claim process finishes at the end. When many order are at dispute one item per claim at a time are allowable. 

    This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.

    Statutory rights:

    The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer.  For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return (please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).

    Interpretation

    The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

    The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    Definitions

    For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

    • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

    • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to DEARJOOKWAK, est. 2019, Gardena, California, USA.

    • Service refers to the DEARJOOKWAK Website.

    • DEARJOOKWAK Website refers to DEARJOOKWAK-OnlineShop20191008, accessible from https://www.dearjookwak.com, My First Store – 2019, accessible from https://www.my1store2019.com, and other  websites doing business under the name of DEARJOOKWAK.

    • Goods refer to the items offered for sale (i.e. selling) on the Service.

    • Goods on Sale (i.e. discount) refers to the items offered at a reduced prices.
    • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

    Cancelation Policy


    You can cancel your order before the items is shipped usually within approximately 7 business days.   Please email us at hello@dearjookwak.com  early for a cancellation.

    By the time being able to check the tracking number, if tracked, then You can’t cancel the Order.

    If no tracking number, open dispute

    • Please contact us at hello@dearjookwak.com when you want to cancel your order.

    You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

    • For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.  We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
    • Please contact us at hello@dearjookwak.com when you want to cancel your order.

    Conditions for Returns


    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please do provide an acceptable reason.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHEN THE PRODUCT IS SENT WRONG OR DAMAGED:

    • The Goods delivered to you that the product was purchased WITHIN the last 20-25 days to consider amy shipment delays or sending the refund package
    • The Goods are in the original packaging
    • the product isn’t used or damaged once received
    • the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
    • Any product delivered to you that fail to match the seller’s description is eligible for a refund.
      • The item doesn’t match the online description: apology, and replacement or refund to customer
      • Product is damaged and/or defective: apology, possibly including return shipping cost (return label required)
      • The product doesn’t fit right or they ordered a wrong size or “a mistake order”: customer is at fault; depends of refundability of “mistake order” inventory and service policy

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    No exchange of Goods (unless we seller were at fault and/or situation permits).

    Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on Sale (i.e. discounted) cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

    Returning Process


    1. Examine the product. 
    2. Request a return.  Please contact us at:

      • We DEARJOOKWAK analyze the reason for the return via Return Merchandise Authorization’s approval and upon determination of things like what might be the cause of the faulty situation, and for a replacement or a refund as wished, we send you an email with the RMA number and the return address were you could send the return product in question for a refund or a replacement.
    3. Receive the RMA number and Return Address email from us.
    4. Send the return product to the specified address. Please purchase a tracking number if you are the one paying for the return shipping .
      • Once we receive the return product, we verify by analyzing the product for the damage, defect or other reasons (as applicable), referring to its picture for a proof to meet required set rule of criteria for a refund or a replacement. Receiving the return product, and then initiating a replacement or your refund are the process that you would receive a replacement product or a refund. 
    5. Receive either a replacement or a refund

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

    Refund Policy


    Refund time: 2 – 3 weeks, usually, the refund is processed within 5-10 days.

    • (1) Your order could be CANCELLED and fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase or if it has not been shipped.
    • (2) Your order could only be partially refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.

    Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

    Electronic wallet, i.e. PayPal or Stripe refund faster than processing the fund on bank cards.

    Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin (eg.China) if possible.  Return items shouldn’t be sent back to its manufacturer directly.

    We will send you a refund in 7 business days after receiving your return item(s) and after verification, please check your account.

    There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week.  Any question please contact us at hello@dearjookwak.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.

    Gifts


    If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

    If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

    Sorry at this time we only could arrange your shipment to be delivered to the billing address you provide us. 

    We DEARJOOKWAK understand a spirit of gift could have been accommodated and flourished. However We take it for granted our taking on for a startup business as is for now lest we would experience too much to handle.
